Personalized song for Safi — for their birthday

The lyrics

[Verse 1]
Dancing in the womb before you were born
Born big and blue, though you didn't want to come through
Wouldn't sleep in a crib, not for a single night
We called you princess and the pea
You only slept on Grandma's chest and on Mamma's too
Cutest little poo poo face, the whole room knew it too
Safi, our righteous one, the proudest we'll ever be

[Chorus]
Happy birthday, Safi, eighteen years of you
Curly hair, dimpled smile, almond eyes shining through
Big teddy bear with a heart of gold
Our whole world, our greatest gift, we shout it loud

[Verse 2]
From Bollywood beats to Bollywood scenes, your eyes grow wet with all the emotions in between
Dimple first when you grin, almond eyes lighting the way
Very curly hair that nobody can tame, no matter what they say
Lovely smile that makes the whole house glow
Snoopy on your shirt, Snoopy on your mind, Snoopy everywhere you go
Respectful to the grown-ups, kind to the small
Bright and goofy, you give the best hugs of all
You wear your heart on your sleeve for the whole world to see
And that's the greatest gift we ever could be

[Chorus]
Happy birthday, Safi, eighteen years of you
Curly hair, dimpled smile, almond eyes shining through
Big teddy bear with a heart of gold
Our whole world, our greatest gift, we shout it loud

[Bridge]
Now the bags are packed and College is calling your name
Dorm room waiting, new friends, a different kind of game
We'll miss the late-night laughs, movie nights, Taco-Bell runs
But you're taking the best of us wherever you go, after all
Every step you take is one we watched you learn
Every corner you turn is a lesson we've earned
So go on, shine like you always do
We'll be right here, cheering every move you make through
With dreams in your eyes, rhythm in your soul, every beat tells your story, every step carries a dream, you’ll dance your way to college like a Bollywood hero

[Final Chorus]
Happy birthday, Safi, eighteen years of you
Curly hair, dimpled smile, almond eyes shining through
Big teddy bear with a heart of gold
Our whole world, our greatest gift, we shout it loud

[Spoken Outro]
Made with Gift Melody.
